Hand painted to look like real marble material, the artists create and duplicate the appearance, coloration and veined surfaces of marble, aging and antiquing and other stone-like surfaces using a realistic decorative painting process.

This statue is made from a top quality fibre reinforced U.S. Gypsum material called hydrostone that is considerably harder and durable than other cast materials ~ however, it is not suitable for outdoor settings. Extreme temperatures, wet conditions, wind and other sever weather conditions will damage hydrostone, even though it is coated with a thick layer of resin.

Our Shy Lover measures 10"x2"x2” and has a classic faux marble, high gloss, finish.
