Vintage Letters

Two letters from Robert G. Toepel (Dr. R. Toepel) of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, to Miss M D Rankin (addressed as Peg in the letters), Gary Indiana.

In them, it appears Dr Toepel discusses his return home from the war ("I am a civilian, as of last Tuesday"), music & record purchases, regret abut not having had more time with her at their last visit...  And he mentions his plans for the future - he discusses office space in Kohler - and mentions holding off on magazines until after the holidays (could it be Peg was the one to select magazines for his paitents waiting in the lobby?)

Letters are dated Nov 12, 1945 & Dec 6, 1945.

Charming, and delightful, these letters show all the details of another time.

Conditions

The letters are in wonderful shape!  Envelopes (with postage stamps & markings as well as American Dental Association seals) have been used & opened, obviously, but have nothing to detract!
