This is for a pack of 4 He-Man birthday hats, manufactured in 1985 by Unique Industries, Inc, of Philadelphia PA.

The pack says it originally contained 6 hats, but two are missing. One hat has "Sarah" written in pencil on the back and is a little ripped. The other three appear to be mint and never removed from the packaging.

Each hat opens like the traditional flat-packaged cone-shaped birthday hat, and has an elastic chin-strap to keep if from falling off your noggin.
