A classic Christian Comic Strip set in the Ancient Roman Empire, Tullus began December 26, 1943 as a comic strip appearing in three David C. Cook's Sunday School papers (which were eventually merged into Sunday PIX). Originally created and written by Joseph Hughes Newton, Tullus was scripted in later years by others and various artists have done the illustrations including Brinton Turkle, Bob Magnusen, and Irv Novick.
No one other than David C. Cook is credited. Appears to be a first edition paperback.
