This pretty girl has blonde windswept hair and wears a spring green dress with gold trim. She stands on green grass with yellow flowers; behind her is a tree trunk. 
On the bottom, two tags: one is what is left of the store price tag, the other is a sample tag. The sample tag is partly covered, as shown, but reads: (N.Y.K.) 466.(last digits covered by the store tag) Sample Ja (last letters in Japan covered by store tag ~ we know it reads Japan because we had and sold another in this series with similar tags).
Fine porcelain, nicely painted. Measures 5 inches tall.
